Wellness rituals are essential to maintaining balance of body mind and spirit. The Wellstock Elixir Bar showcases non-alcoholic functional beverages and elixirs crafted with herbs, plants, fruits and adaptogens that taste amazing and also offer many health benefits. A curated selection of food from local chefs and bakers showcase local produce and our retail area features some of our favorite wellness products.

Classes & Services
At WELLSTOCK we promote a whole body approach to wellness for the entire family.
We offer classes and workshops in movement, yoga, meditation, nutrition, reiki and sound healing.
Our practitioners provide restorative services including acupuncture, Arvigo®, couples coaching, Craniosacral, cupping, energy work, EMDR, health coaching, massage, reiki, synergy facials, tui na, and more.
Mindful Arts
Ancient healers understood that art and music forges a connection between your mind and body to promote healing. We will help you and your family experience these powerful healing and stress-reducing benefits through mindful music, art and dance .
Inspire Children’s Fund
The Wellstock Inspire Children’s Fund provides access to children who otherwise would not have access to programming offered at Wellstock. We work with local non profits and schools to identify children who would benefit from the programming at Wellstock.
Events & Retreats
Community is the heart of Wellstock. Attend one of our programs or have us curate a private event or retreat experience for you and your friends. We look forward to welcoming you!
